Real Honey, The Way Nature Made It
Every jar of Barden Honey starts the same way — out in the bushland, with bees doing what they do best. We take our time with it: the honey is cold-extracted and never heated, so it keeps its natural flavour, aroma, and goodness exactly as the bees made it.
Because we harvest in small runs rather than mass-producing, no two batches are quite the same — the colour and taste can shift a little depending on what was flowering that season. That's part of what makes raw honey worth seeking out.
Stock is tied to each harvest, so once a batch sells out, it's gone until the next one comes in.
